Initech Global is looking for a Financial Project Coordinator for our client in Grand Rapids, Michigan for six-months contract with the possibility of extension.


Job Description:

1.       Financial & Budgets for Staffing.
a. Attend and assist with monthly financial meetings
b. Assist in developing budgets, plans and forecasts
c. Reporting Plan vs Actual
d. Financial reporting

2.       Vendor Management
a. Reporting for Management
b. Year-end vendor analysis – Tableau
c. Quarterly Capex Review – Tableau
d. SOW – Adherence
e. Validate invoices

3.        Clarity
a. Weekly resource overage analysis
b. Missing timesheet reports
c. Clarity maintenance specific to a resource (non-project related)
d. Project creation and financial coding – transitioned to PMs of VS
