• Years of progressive experience in solution, enterprise, or technical architecture roles, with demonstrated delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record designing and implementing cloud-native architecture across AWS cloud platform is a must; hands-on experience with multi-cloud and hybrid strategies is nice to have.
• Experience architecting and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments, with the ability to assess fit, risk, and ROI of emerging AI capabilities.
• Expertise translating business requirements into architectural decisions, including Solution Blueprints, Architecture Decision Records, and reference architectures.
• Background in M&A integration architecture — designing integration patterns, data consolidation strategies, and identity harmonization for acquired entities — preferred.
• Proficiency with multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe) and the ability to apply the appropriate framework to the context of the initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence Architecture Review Boards, Technical Design sessions, and cross-functional engineering teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with experience independently conducting discovery, stakeholder interviews, and current-state assessments to build target-state architectures.
