Program Manager – Account Management


We are looking for a Program Manager for our client in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of an extension. ***Hybrid role (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on-site) *** We are seeking an Experienced Program Manager to lead and drive the establishment and deployment of our Global Account Management process. This role will be pivotal in overseeing coordination and delivery across multiple functions and global markets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence


  1. Program management (50% of time):
    • Lead overall project coordination and alignment for the Account Management program.
    • Develop and maintain program schedules, timelines, and milestones.
    • Coordinate deliverables across 5 open work streams within the program.
    • Conduct stakeholder management planning to foster collaboration and engagement.
    • Manage risk and dependency planning to mitigate potential project disruptions.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management and


  1. Market Activation Coordination (50% of time):
    • Direct coordination efforts with 8 Markets to consult, implement, and optimize the Account Management strategy.
    • Ensure adherence to deadlines, schedules, and established processes within each market.
    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful implementation.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across markets to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to align strategies and achieve global objectives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, preferably in global environments or multinational corporations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a track record of building effective relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
