We are looking for a Project Manager for our client in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of an extension. ***Hybrid role (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on-site) *** Seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the Global Account Management process and deployment. This role is heavily business-focused, requiring expertise in business operations and strategy with less emphasis on IT. The ideal candidate will excel in managing business processes and coordinating across multiple work streams and global markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Overall project coordination and alignment, including schedules/timelines, deliverables, stakeholder management, risk, and dependency planning (50%).
  2. Market activation coordination with eight markets to ensure deadlines/schedules are met and processes followed (50%).

Education and Experience:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to handle complex projects with multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Must have a business-oriented background, focusing on business operations and strategy over IT.
